    As a parts clerk; You will be responsible for advising customers purchasing spare parts and accessories, in person or over the phone.

    IN this industry it is often said that there two types of jobs; hands on jobs and administrative jobs. The parts clerk is the one job where you get to explore both worlds. When you’re not placing orders or checking stocks, you’re on the floor checking, storing and preparing shipments.

    What you love about this job is the variety of tasks and relationships you build with both external and internal customers (concession technicians).

    Parts Clerk

    Your job will be to ensure that vehicle parts are always available to meet the needs of our customers and the service department. So you need to know the inventory and be proficient with our database.

    You will perform the following tasks:

    -  Responding to clients and mechanics at the counter and over the phone

    -  Supply mechanics for vehicle or moto repairs

    - Store the parts in an orderly and precise manner

    -  Reception of parts

    -  Work with the existing team

    To succeed in this position you will need:

    • Sense of organization - because you’ll be responsible for managing the parts inventory
    • Great relationship management- because you’ll be in constant contact with the public
    • Excellent Focus - because you’ll need to analyze customers needs to provide them with the right parts
    • Good physical condition - because you’ll have to lift more or less heavy loads

    Skills and knowledges 

    -  Experience as a parts clerk or inventory management in relation to customers

    -  Experience with tools such as Database, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)

    -  Valid Driver's license and a clean driving record

    -  Able to communicate in a Clear and professional manner both verbally and in written format
